Rude. Extreme price gouging. He advised me to look up the codes and regulations when I raised some concerns about the charges, and when I did and read them off to him he got extremely defensive. We tried to make arrangements to pick the car up the day it got towed but he could not accommodate so we were forced to wait and pay 3 days of storage at $30 a day. Dont be fooled by the Christian decor. he is as hypocritical as they come. We had no choice in using this awful service. Go anywhere else but here if you do have a choice.
I've been going to Fly for my auto repairs for YEARS. He is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and whenever he doesn't have what's needed, he goes out of his way to get the job done, and gets it done RIGHT. Absolutely fantastic!!!
BEWARE.! Like the last review left they are definitely price gouging. We were from out of town and our car broke down, they are the tow company that the police called so we pretty much had no choice. Besides the extremely high price the issue was fixed and we got our car back. The next day opening up our trunk we had discovered that there was quite a bit of expensive important things missing. My husband's tools, computer equipment, and very personal items. I called and the jerk said he doesn't know. Well I do.. Wth going to make a police report and sue these low life's. I wouldn't recommend any risk going to these junkies for anything stay far away!!
