We are so pleased with our stay at Bethel Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. They charged a reasonable fee for pets, no extra for children. Breakfast was good, we were glad to see the Ten Commandments and Lords Prayer on the wall. It's refreshing to see someone take a stand. We are happy to support this Christian business and would drive out of our way to return.
Staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating. The housekeeper and her daughter were so friendly they told us about a park we could go to and rent UTV’s and ride some trails and it was amazing. The breakfast was not just a continental breakfast like in most hotels they had biscuits and gravy and waffles among the usual cereals and juices. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and courtesy we were shown! I would definitely come back to stay.
Great place to stay. Right off of I-40 with a gas station and a few places to eat within walking distance. Service was great as were the rooms. I wasn't able to eat the breakfast as I left before they started serving breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay there again! 5 stars!
Normally we stay closer to Nashville, but instead we stayed here while visiting family over thanksgiving this year, which is was a huge mistake.This hotel is gross. There were even hair shavings left on the bathroom wall that did not belong to me. None of their electrical outlets worked. The antique room heater blows out ice cold air randomly. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN! Their housekeeping won't vacuum their cereal mess off the floor during your expensive 3 night stay, and then charge you a "floor cleaning" fee of $100 when you leave. I have stayed at dozens of hotels, and I have never come across one whose housekeeping doesn't vacuum while you're out. This is not a 3 star hotel, maybe it was back in the stone ages when it was built. It's lucky if it's a 1 star today. We learned our lesson and will go back to Marriot and Hilton in the future.
