Rude! Very dissatisfied! I have been wanting to write this review for awhile because everytime I go here, it is bad service but this time was the worst!!! I couldn't even finish ordering without getting interrupted by the young lady saying, "Is that it?" Then when I got my food, I reached in the bag to eat fries and they were not even hot. I got home which is about 5 min away and our burgers were cold. Plus the toppings were not even on the burger! The cold cheesecake was on top of my burger instead of in a separate bag and our 10 piece chicken consisted of only 7, which were all upside down in the bag. I have worked fast food before and can't even imagine treating people this way or being so lazy that the whole order is thrown in a bag!
A great family place. It was a good choice for meeting my family for Christmas. Country food and low prices.
Been goin thér sence they first opened seems like service is getting worse. I always have to take the time to stop and check my order,wich is wrong alot. The people are not as friendly and rude to tell the truth. They wasent busy but yet messed up my order 2 times and was rude about it. Going to just start goin out of town for my food it's worth the gas to make sure my food is fresh and even warm. Or remotly correct. It's a simple job that is done wrong most of the time. I can see them just talking in the back. Monterey dident have much anyway so we should do the best with what we have. Just sayen
