Nice food clean place
Food was not very hot. Had smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The cheese wouldn't even melt.potatoes were cold.
The service and the manager was amazing!! A real life saver!! We had broken down and had to wait a few hours for family to come help. The manager offered us drinks and food while we waited!! You just don't find that care and concern too often in this day and time!! We will definitely be back!!
The employees were bickering over who should be running the front counter. We waited over 5 minutes for them to take our order. We were the only people in the store. We then waited an additional 20 minutes for our food. The cook took a break and forgot to make half our meal. We were guartneed that our order was right and when we got to the car realized that it was almost all wrong. Nothing was properly labeled so it was hard to get everyone their food. The manager and another employee were counting drawers up front instead of making sure we had a good experience.
It was good. I stop every time I travel east.
